a 30 day return policy. All items
MUST HAVE a " Return Authorization Form " to
be returned back to iapsales, or a
factory or Master distributor warehouse
we use.
We will e-mail,
fax or mail the Return Authorization
form to you.
Please print
this form and place inside the double
box or inside the manufactures box if
the item did not come with a secondary
box (This will expedite the return
process)
* All Items
that were double boxed to you must be
shipped back with a double box
* All items
must be returned in its original packing
with all accessories that were included
in the original order
* All items
must be new and not used, and un-opened
will have not be charged a restocking
fee
* All items
that have to be repackaged will have a
25 % restocking fee
* A pro-rated
restocking fee charge up to 100 % will
be assessed for items that are returned
incomplete or with non-resalable parts
* Customer is
responsible for all freight charges to

free shipping promo will pay the actual
shipping cost
* The total
original invoice will be credited
excluding freight and the restocking fee
upon the return of merchandise
