FREIGHT DAMAGE

We try really hard to avoid freight damage, by packing our units with 2" of insulation and double boxing it if need be.  We MUST be notified within 72 hours from delivery regarding any items that have freight damage so we can file a claim with UPS.  Please save all packing material for freight damage protocol.   In the event an item is damaged your item is 100% insured and will be replaced as long as you file a claim w/in 72 business hours of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

** All Items have a 30 day return policy.  All items need a " Return Authorization Form " to be returned    **

We will e-mail, fax or mail the Return Authorization form to you.  Please print out this form and place inside the double box or inside the manufactures box if the item did not come with a secondary box (This will expedite the return process)

* All Evaporative Cooler items will have a 25 % restocking fee

* All Items that were double boxed to you must be shipped back with a double box

* All items must be returned in its original packing with all accessories that were included in the original order

* All items must be  new and not used, and un-opened.

* A pro-rated restocking fee charge up to 100 % will be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts

* Customer is responsible for all freight charges to and from

* Items with free shipping will pay the actual shipping cost

* The total original invoice will be credited excluding freight and the restocking fee once the factory confirms return of merchandise and it's condition

* Please allow 2-3 weeds for credit
